You will have 15 calendar day to exchange an item from the date you receive it. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Simply follow the exchange directions enclosed in your package. If you have any additional concerns please contact us via email and we will respond to address your concerns within 48 hours. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, exchange only.
